Anxiety slowly started to creep in as Rob and Annabelle realized that they had just firmed up on the purchase of  the perfect home for their growing brood of  three kids but have yet to sell their lovely home!!!   
 
In  a matter of days,  they  cheerfully complied with  the 10-page " to do"  list that Home Stager Cristina  Consulta  (www.idesign10.com) had given them during the consultation session that we  arranged, putting all their energy into preparing their home before putting up the FOR SALE sign on their front lawn.

There's an inside joke among real estate agents that if you want to get really busy, plan a vacation . As  Jon and Sylvia were happily driving along US Interstate Highway on their way to visit family in Missouri, an agent called to say that her client was ready to put in an offer.  All along, Jon  was  in constant communication  on his Blackberry  with Annabelle and Rob, updating them with feedback from agents on showings and recent activities of the listing.
 
The offer came in as we reached our first stop, Chicago,  sent to our toll free fax # ,  promptly e-mailed to Jon's Blackberry  which all  Jon had to do was forward to Annabelle & Rob's e-mail.  To make a long story short, Jon & Sylvia  sold their house while on the road, all communications either via Blackberry, fax and e-mail and without having to sit down with them face to face and yet getting them a good price that allowed them to get back to their normal lives and prepare for the very exciting move to their dream home.  

Jon & Sylvia  happily put up the SOLD sign on Rob & Annabelle's front lawn.
