Having worked in various fields in real estate such as Subdivision Development, Government Housing Project Development, Franchising, Real Estate and Business Development with McDonalds, Philippines, Jon's well-rounded work experience had prepared him well for the challenges in real estate here in Canada.
When Jon first contemplated on embarking in a career in real estate sales, his main concern was his lack of any sales experience. A friend advised him of this "Jon, you don't need salesmanship in this career. This is a service industry. You need to provide excellent service in the form of professional advice, guidance and genuine concern for your clients' needs and wants. The right home will sell itself when it comes their way".
Thanks to the valuable support of past clients, friends and relatives, Jon's business saw significant growth in the past 18 years since he started. He felt that the only way that he could maintain the level of service and commitment to his clients was to enlist the help of his wife, Sylvia.
Sylvia Amante's over 20 years of Customer Service experience in various fields such as Hotel & Resort Sales & Marketing, Direct Marketing Sales Support and other customer care positions has prepared her well to take on the challenges of providing the support and assistance that Jon needed.
